- The message or information you choose to send us.
We use this information to receive, review, and respond to your inquiry and to communicate with you when appropriate.
Please do not include sensitive personal, financial, medical, or other confidential information in a general website contact message unless it is necessary for your inquiry.

Like most websites, some technical information may be processed when you visit the Dartayous AI website. This can include information such as your browser type, device type, approximate network location, pages requested, date and time of a request, referring page, and Internet Protocol (IP) address.
Some of this information may be processed automatically by the services and infrastructure used to operate, secure, and deliver the website.
We may use this technical information to operate the website, understand technical performance, maintain security, diagnose problems, and improve the reliability of our services.
Cookies and tracking
Dartayous AI does not currently use the corporate website for behavioral advertising or advertising-based tracking.
The website may use technologies that are necessary for basic operation, security, performance, or functionality. If we introduce analytics, optional cookies, advertising technologies, or similar tracking systems in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notices or choices required by applicable law.
Hosting and service providers
Dartayous AI may use third-party service providers to operate and support this website. These providers may process limited information when necessary to provide their services.
Our website is intended to be hosted using Vercel infrastructure. As a hosting and infrastructure provider, Vercel may process technical information associated with requests made to the website in order to deliver and protect the service.

When information may be disclosed
We do not disclose personal information simply because someone wants access to it.
Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to operate the website, work with service providers acting on our behalf, protect Dartayous AI or others, investigate misuse, comply with applicable law or valid legal process, or complete a legitimate business transaction involving the company or its assets.
When service providers process information for us, we expect them to use that information for the services they are providing, subject to applicable agreements and law.

Dartayous AI products
Dartayous AI develops individual software products, including Professor AIFA. Product accounts and product-specific services are intended to operate within their respective product environments rather than through a general Dartayous AI website account.
Individual products may collect or process information that the corporate Dartayous AI website does not. When applicable, those products may provide additional privacy notices explaining their specific practices.
This Privacy Policy should not be interpreted as describing data practices that belong only to a separate Dartayous AI product unless that product expressly incorporates this policy.
Children's privacy
The Dartayous AI corporate website is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the general website.
If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 was submitted through the corporate website without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to address it in accordance with applicable law.
Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights concerning personal information about you. These may include rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other information about how personal information is handled.
These rights are not identical in every jurisdiction and may be subject to legal exceptions.
